Ben Pollock
Ben is a business adviser and registered tax agent with over 12 years’ experience working with small and medium businesses across a range of industries. He holds an MBA and brings a strong commercial focus to helping clients improve performance and operate more tax‑efficiently.
Before relocating to Australia, Ben owned and operated his own business in England, giving him first‑hand insight into the realities and pressures faced by business owners. He now leads both RMS Taxation, providing structured accounting and tax advice to SMEs, and Racing Management Services, delivering specialist support to participants in the racing industry.
Ben’s approach goes beyond compliance — partnering with clients to make better decisions, manage risk, and build stronger, more sustainable businesses.
Racing Management Services began with a deep-rooted understanding of the unique administrative and financial needs within the Australian racing industry. Our founder, Ben Pollock, saw an opportunity to provide meticulous, reliable support that allows racing professionals to focus on their core passion.
Over the years, our commitment to excellence and client-centric approach naturally led to the expansion of our expertise beyond the track. We established RMS Taxation to offer the same level of dedicated, strategic financial and compliance advice to individuals, sole traders, and small-to-medium businesses across diverse sectors.

Kim – Office Manager
Kim has over 10 years’ experience in the racing industry and plays a key role in the day-to-day operations at RMS. She is highly experienced in Prism and Xero, and specialises in problem-solving to ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently. Kim’s strong industry knowledge and practical approach make her an integral part of the team, supporting both staff and clients.
Nikki – Administrative Assistant
Nikki brings a lifetime of experience in the racing industry across both Australia and England. With a strong hands-on background, she has a deep understanding of the industry and its day-to-day demands. Nikki plays a key role in supporting clients and the team with her extensive knowledge and practical, solutions-focused approach.
Holly – Administrative Assistant
Holly has over 20 years of experience in the racing industry and has been with RMS for the past five years. With a background as a trackwork rider and Grand Prix dressage rider, she brings valuable hands-on industry knowledge to her role. Holly specialises in client communication and plays a key role in supporting both clients and the team in day-to-day operations.
Ren – Bookkeeper
Ren holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and is proficient in several accounting software programs. He specializes in payroll, where he gathers and processes all necessary information to ensure accurate and timely completion for all clients each week. In addition to payroll, he assists with invoicing, bank reconciliations, and various administrative tasks. Ren has been with RMS for four years, consistently contributing to the efficiency and reliability of the team.
Jack
Jack has a Cert 4 in Accounting & Bookkeeping with three years of experience and is responsible for managing all BAS obligations for clients. He specialises in working closely with clients to provide planning and support to help their businesses grow. Jack’s proactive approach and strong understanding of compliance ensure clients stay on track and well-informed.
Mirachelle – Bookkeeper
Mirachelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Management Accounting. She has over three years of experience with RMS, where she is responsible for accurately inputting financial data into various accounting systems to support invoicing and report generation. Strong attention to detail, data management, and time management.
Gelline – Bookkeeper
Gelline holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate with four years of experience as a valued member of the team. She specializes in daily bank reconciliations and is responsible for the accurate collection and input of client data, ensuring efficient and reliable financial operations
Jaryn – Bookkeeper
Jaryn has a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy with hands-on experience in daily bank reconciliations for multiple clients. Her role involves accurately processing and publishing financial data using Xero, ensuring records are up-to-date and reliable. She also assist in the preparation of quarterly BAS, helping maintain well-coded and compliant client accounts
